Wiyada Phukrongtong
With over 12 years of experience in legal practice, I bring comprehensive expertise in both private and public law, including courtroom advocacy in the Administrative Court and the Court of Justice. My career spans both government and private sectors, enabling me to effectively bridge the gap between regulatory frameworks and practical business needs.
I have extensive experience as an insolvency advisor and have managed bankruptcy proceedings at the court for international companies from Europe and the Middle East. Notably, I handled a single project involving debts of approximately one billion baht. Additionally, I have achieved successful outcomes in family law cases for expatriate couples, handling court proceedings for sole custody and divorce in Thailand.
I have also gained valuable knowledge by working closely with one of the largest probate research companies in Europe, which has over 47 branches worldwide, on matters related to heirs in Thailand.
I hold an LL.M. in Business Law and International Trade Law at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), which strengthens my ability to handle complex legal matters for international clients and Thai companies.
As a licensed Attorney-at-Law and Notarial Services Attorney in Thailand, I also hold certifications in labor law, mediation-conciliation, and other specialized fields.
